Who can help you?

Nobody likes dealing with insurance companies and the cost of healthcare...but we are using a dedicated billing agency to help. If you have a problem with your bill please call and talk to them. The billing company is Back Office Solutions. Their phone number is 406-721-6701. You can still make payments to our office and contact us with any questions.

Do we see uninsured patients?

We are committed to seeing patients with no health insurance. We will try to keep cost to a minimum and arrange payment plans if you need them.

Do we treat Medicare Patients?

Yes, we have a large number of Medicare patients however, we do require a referral from your Primary Care provider prior to being seen.

Do we treat Medicaid Patients?

Yes...Medicaid requires a referral from your passport provider in order to bill them for your visit. We are able to treat any Medicaid patient with an appropriate referral. If you do not have a referral and would like to pay out of pocket, then we can certainly see you but you will personally be responsible for your bill.
